Welcome To IntriMarketing’s On-Site Two Day Intensive Program!

Here is a basic overview of the program:

  • Step 1- INITIAL INTERVIEW AND DISCOVERY: I’ll send you an initial discovery form with some brief questions and we will then schedule a call to help me find out more about your situation and to help me paint the picture of your area. This call will be between 20 to 25 minutes in length.
  • Step 2- ARRIVAL TO THE AREA: I will arrive in the afternoon or early evening prior to our two day program. I will spend time in the area taking notes within a 1 to 4 mile radius of your location. I will begin to formulate ideas from those notes that evening so that we may be fully prepared to work on strategy the next morning.
  • Step 3- DAY ONE: I will be available from early morning until late afternoon to begin our work on day one. There is a prepared checklist of items that I have used in the past to move us through this process. All local store marketing opportunities available to you will be explored. Our primary goal for day one is to have the action plan finished, which means our strategy is complete.
  • Step 4- DAY TWO: Day two will involve tactics. Our action plan or strategy will call for the use of tactics. This process involves the mechanics of implementing the plan, maintaining the plan and measuring the plan. It is important that anyone who may be assisting in Local Store Marketing for your restaurant, be present at this meeting. It may be necessary for me to actually visit some of the organizations that we target to give you an idea of the approach. Many times, I am able to close some arrangements while I am on-site. I will do whatever is necessary to make this program successful for you. Day two will conclude in the late afternoon and I will depart at that time.
  • Step 5- FOLLOW UP: As part of the program, you and I will have 4 monthly conference calls set up to ensure that the program keeps moving, is successful and to make any adjustments necessary. There is no charge for this follow up service and it is important to maximize our success.

Depending on distance, expenses include rental car both ways, parking, round trip airline (coach is fine), lunch for both days (your restaurant is perfect), and hotel lodging (medium level hotel is fine).
