This call will be between 1 and 1 1/2 hours in length. The next call will be scheduled for the following week. A routine call schedule will be established.
- Step 2- CREATE PLAN DRAFT: Based on what I learned from the initial discovery form and our last conference call, I will submit a draft plan outline for discussion. You and I will come to agreement on the best course of action and set our plan in place. Your local store marketing strategy will be created! The next call will be scheduled for the following week.
- Step 3- IMPLEMENTATION AND CALLS BEGIN: We will now work together on monthly calls to implement your plan and measure results. I will be assigning you tasks for the following months and requesting feedback on prior tasks. I will be assisting you on reaching out to organizations to develop programs such as fundraisers, cross promotions, etc. Calls will now be setup on our monthly schedule.
